We're moving webhosts this week - I've just started the process today. Hopefully it'll all go smoothly, but there could be a period (hopefully brief) in the next week when the site may be down, along with our e-mail. With a bit of luck it'll all be OK and there will be no interruption, but a bit of advance warning never does any harm ...

Volcanic Delays

UK customers will be more than aware of the chaos the Icelandic volcano has caused to air travel in and out of the country, and this of course has a knock-on effect on airmail services. Currently planes are flying normally but we're aware of a number of customers whose orders haven't yet arrived when we would have expected them to, mostly those sent around the middle of last month when flights were completely grounded. We can only guess that there are still backlogs in the system, so please bear this in mind if you live outside of the UK and your order hasn't yet put in an appearance.

E-mail Issues

We've become aware that more and more people are having trouble contacting us via e-mail. It would appear that our web hosting company has introduced some new, very stringent measures to eliminate spam, and in the process seems to have blocked us off from significant legitimate parts of the 'net - and they don't seem inclined to do much about it. So if you've sent us a message and haven't had a reply, that's probably the reason why. We're in the process of setting up some alternative e-mail addresses and we'll post those here as soon as they're ready. In the meantime, you could contact us via the forums or our existing Yahoo group.
