Verdicts

Tony : Don't attempt to eat without accompanying mug of tea - one of these and it's Sahara time in your mouth ! Not blessed with huge amounts of flavour or sweetness. 5/10

Phil : Fairly standard fair but still with an air of elegance. Could happily eat a pack in a single sitting with no worries. 7/10

Steve : Nice crumbly pastry that quickly deprives the mouth of all moisture. Cream and jam filling eventually overcome this to provide a nice pasty bolus for swallowing. Not an unpleasant experience, but a little dry. 6/10
