The Portuguese flag is wrong!

It was pointed out to me by a visitor to my Portuguese fleet page

that the flag sold by Brigade is wrong, it's too modern:

Any chance of a corrected Portuguese ensign please?

Trouble is I based my Portuguese fleet colour scheme on the flag, too late to change it now :(

I have to be honest, I didn't do any real research into the history of the Portuguese flag since we don't have a fleet - I just did it because it was easy ! Apologies if it's caused you any problems :(

The same is also true of the Brazilian flag - we have the modern version, not the one that was used in the Aeronef era. I was waiting until we release the new Brazilian models to correct that.

The current Brazilian flag is fine for post 1889:

Another option is to use the naval jacks of the country. In Brazil's case a row and column of white stars on a navy rectangle:
