We round off Fort Week with the most modern of the new releases, Fort St Benedict<\/a> in Krak\u00f3w. Although now part of Poland, the fort was built by the Austro-Hungarians in the mid-19th century as part of the Krak\u00f3w fortress. It takes its name from the nearby church, and is the only surviving fortress of the three built in Podg\u00f3rze.<\/p>\n
