Not long after this post goes live, Tony will be setting off for Hammerhead which takes place in Newark tomorrow. He’ll be taking with him some examples of our release for this week, a new addition to our range of space stations.<\/p>\n

The Akra<\/em> battlestation is a hexagonal space station bristling with gun turrets, built around a central fighter hangar. The eight turrets can cover all directions, and the station can rotate on its axis to bring more to bear if needed. The model here is shown with Japanese turrets, but you can select other types if you want your station to be tied to a different fleet.<\/p>\n
